EAT South presents Composting Start to Finish for the Home Gardener

Now is the time to turn those leaves, pumpkins and food scraps into garden gold. We’ll cover composting from start to finish, how it works, and what you need to get started.

We’ll also talk about our adventures in the bokashi method of composting, and you will have the opportunity to take home some bokashi bran.
